Joe Krabbenhoft - Basketball

Krabbenhoft will graduate from the University of Wisconsin in May. While at Wisconsin, the Sioux Falls native had a stellar basketball career. Krabbenhoft was known as one of the best defenders and hardest workers in the Big Ten.

Over his collegiate career, he played in 136 games at Wisconsin (first all-time at Wisconsin) and he had 756 rebounds (seventh all-time at Wisconsin) including 231 offensive boards (fourth all-time at Wisconsin). He is the fifth player in Big-Ten history to have 750 rebounds and 250 assists.

In 2008 Krabbenhoft was named to the Big Ten All-Defensive Team. During his senior year at Wisconsin he averaged 8.2 points per game, 2.5 assists per game and 6.7 rebounds per game. He earned All-Big Ten honorable mention in 2009.

Krabbenhoft played his high school basketball at Roosevelt High School.
